Project 360 Goal

To develop and provide highly specialized education for mental health professionals and attorneys, with a focus on best practices in child custody.

This education currently does not exist or is inadequately in current educational resources.

Our goal through interdisciplinary collaboration is to create the Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) and Continuing Education (CEs) to fill the gaps in current education.

Who We Are

Dedicated Child Custody Professionals

We are a dedicated team of family law attorneys and mental health professionals with a passion for children. We believe in education and sharing our experience through ongoing education for our peers. Mediators, custody evaluators, parenting coordinators and decision makers are also key to our success.

Our Focus

Committed to Creating Education that Does Not Exist, yet

We focus on the case types that are life changing. We focus on topics often overlooked or briefly covered in current education due to their rare or complex nature—despite having some of the greatest impact on children and families.

To fill this gap, we create in-depth resources on niche custody cases, including:

• Uncommon or complex custody scenarios
• High-conflict family dynamics
• Behavioral or mental health challenges
• Cultural or legal nuances

Why We Do It

Improving Outcomes for Children

We aim to improve outcomes for children by educating the professionals who support them during shared custody situations.

Many critical topics are currently overlooked or not addressed in depth. We’re working to change that by developing targeted, practical education.

Our goal is to fill these gaps and equip professionals with the tools and knowledge to:

• Enhance their practice
• Better support parents
• Ultimately improve the well-being of children

Phase 1

Creating CLE and CE for Attorneys and Mental Health Professionals

We are currently assembling our first teams to develop two 8-hour courses: one CLE for attorneys and one CE for mental health professionals.

These courses are designed to comprehensively address our first underrepresented case type and will be submitted for approval by:

• State Bar Associations for attorney CLE credit
• The American Bar Association for mental health CE credit

Courses will be delivered through a learning management system for flexible, on-demand access.
Live conferences may be added in the future.

Looking ahead, Project 360 | Phase 2 will focus on adapting this professional education to support parents navigating custody without legal representation (pro se).

Bold Moves. Big Impact.
